Mr. DeAtley began his career in the aggregates industry in his early teens as an operator on a rock-crushing plant. After establishing DeAtley Crushing Services as the Northwest's premier crushing contractor, Brien eventually assumed the Senior Leadership position at Eucon, being named President in 2010. With roughly 40 years of experience in the industry, Brien is uniquely qualified to lead the Company well into the future. Under his guidance, Eucon Corporation and its subsidiaries have experienced unparalleled growth by expanding both the Corporate footprint and its loyal customer base. Brien and his father Neil have set a standard for quality and customer service that is unmatched anywhere in the industry.
Mark DeAtley joined the Eucon Board in 2017. Mark is the President and owner of M.A. DeAtley Construction, Inc., a regional highway and earthen construction company based in Clarkston, Washington. The Company typically engages in projects up to $50 million in size, and employs over 100 individuals. When he is not overseeing projects, Mark is an aviation enthusiast who loves to spend his free time flying.
After dedicating more than 32 years of Leadership and Guidance to the organization, Mr. Michael retired from Eucon in 2009. Fred, who is a Certified Public Accountant, served as the Company's Secretary/Treasurer for many years prior to his retirement, and now provides sage advice to the Company as a Corporate Director. Fred and his wife Marilyn are now enjoying retirement on their farm near Colville, Washington.
Martin Zacha jointed the Eucon Board of Directors in 2017. Marty is currently the Vice President of Ammunition Products at Avista Outdoors, a leading manufacturer of recreational outdoor products and shooting supplies. Marty holds a bachelors degree from the University of Central Missouri, and in 2016 was elected to the National Shooting Sports Foundation Board of Governors. Marty serves on various Boards and civic organizations in Lewiston, Idaho, where he currently calls home.
After spending summers through college working for Eucon companies, Matt DeAtley rejoined the Eucon family of companies in 2020. Matt is a licensed attorney and holds an MBA. As Vice President and General Manager of Eucon, Matt works with the Eucon President and Board of Directors to manage and oversee general operations of Eucon and its subsidiaries. Matt is the fifth generation of DeAtley’s involved in Eucon and works to uphold the standards for quality and customer service set by previous generations.
Ms. Cromer started her career with Eucon Corporation in 1994 as a staff accountant. She was named Director of Accounting Services in 2014 and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer in 2020. Angela currently oversees the accounting staff, financial records, and audit functions for Eucon and its subsidiaries. She is also tasked with overseeing the Company’s benefit plans, banking, and insurance. Angela is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. Eucon takes great pride in the accuracy and integrity of its financial records.
